Form For Matriculation Examination Punjabi as Additional Subject October 2012
Fee- Rs.3000/-
Instructions: -
Last date of submission of form 17/10/2012 (No form after the expiry of last date will be entertained).
Date of examination PB(A)- 30/10/2012, PB(B) 31/10/2012 and Time of Exam 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Centre for this examination will be allotted in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Only.
Fee can only be deposited at the Cash Counter, Head Office,Vidya Bhavan, Phase 8, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Punjab).
Forms to be deposited at the concerned examination branch (Form Section).The candidate is advised to bring the original pass certificate of
matriculation level.
The Roll Numbers for this examination will be available after 25/10/2012 on Board's Official Website-www.pseb.ac.in.The candidate who is
unable to get his/her roll number online can collect his/her roll number from the concerned examination branch by showing the fee receipt issued
by the Board, such candidates are advised to bring the original pass certificate of matriculation level and two passport size photographs.
Note: The Roll Numbers will not be dispatched through post. The candidate has to download his/her Roll Number from Website- www.pseb.ac.in
Attesting authorities: - School Headmasters/Principals/Board Members/Board Officers not below the Assistant Secretary and First Class Magistrate.
